Membership terms written to match the service you actually buy.
These terms apply to consumer memberships purchased from Next Standard Performance, operated by Sky Hood Ventures LLC. Your checkout agreement identifies the selected service, billing interval and price.
1. Services
NSP Training
NSP Training is a self-directed online fitness training membership. It may include an assessment-configured 12-week training cycle, exercise instructions, progression guidance, general educational resources and periodic reassessment tools. It does not include individual human program review, technique critique, direct coach access or ongoing human adjustment unless separately stated in writing.
NSP Coaching
NSP Coaching uses the same underlying NSP training system and adds human fitness coaching, including review of onboarding information, program review/modification, direct coach communication, technique feedback when useful, accountability and ongoing adjustments within the service scope.
Private Performance
Private Performance is a limited in-person service offered only after application and availability review. Its exact session frequency, price and service terms appear in the specific enrollment agreement.
2. Billing
NSP Training may be offered at $99 monthly or $999 annually when those options appear at checkout. Monthly memberships renew monthly; annual memberships are collected for the annual billing period when purchased and renew annually unless future renewal is canceled. NSP Coaching is $399 per month when that price appears at checkout and begins with three monthly billing cycles before continuing month to month. Private Performance terms are shown in its specific agreement. Taxes, if any, are added where required.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation is prospective unless applicable law gives a customer a different nonwaivable right. Monthly NSP Training members may stop future renewal through the cancellation process. Annual NSP Training requests are recorded immediately and reviewed so any cancellation, suspension or refund right that applies to prepaid service can be handled correctly; an ordinary future-renewal cancellation does not by itself convert the purchased annual period into monthly billing. NSP Coaching remains subject to the three-month initial billing commitment shown at checkout except to the extent applicable law provides a nonwaivable cancellation or suspension right.
For a transaction to which A.R.S. § 44-1793 applies, the signed checkout agreement contains the statutory notice and methods for cancellation, including the applicable three-operating-day cancellation right for a new or increased covered contract and the qualifying death/permanent-disability, relocation and military provisions. Nothing in these Terms narrows those rights.
4. Refunds
Membership charges are nonrefundable once processed except where applicable law requires otherwise or NSP determines that a billing error occurred. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive a nonwaivable consumer right.
5. Fitness scope
NSP provides fitness and performance training and general education. It does not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, psychotherapy, prescription management or medical nutrition therapy. Clients must follow clinician restrictions and obtain appropriate qualified guidance when symptoms, injuries or medical circumstances make exercise safety uncertain.
6. Results
Individual results vary. NSP does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, performance improvement, adherence, health outcomes or any other result.
7. Member responsibilities
You agree to provide materially accurate onboarding information, use equipment safely, stop exercise when appropriate, maintain a safe training environment and not redistribute private member materials or access links.
8. Electronic records and signatures
You consent to electronic delivery of these terms, waivers, receipts and membership communications and agree that the electronic signature entered during enrollment has the same intent as a handwritten signature.
9. Changes
NSP may improve service features, programming systems and educational resources. Material changes to price or renewal terms apply prospectively with notice required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed charge.
10. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable Arizona and United States law. Any provision that conflicts with a nonwaivable consumer right is limited to the extent necessary without invalidating the rest of the agreement.
