Private Performance is the highest-touch version of the NSP system.
NSP is an online-first national training company. A limited number of North Scottsdale clients can apply for in-person coaching when the value of recurring face-to-face work justifies the commitment.

The session is one touchpoint inside a broader training system. Your week, progression, recovery and changing constraints remain part of the plan.

Online is the scalable core
You do not need to live in Scottsdale to use the NSP system.
Most clients should begin with the online assessment. It configures the same 12-week training architecture and lets you choose self-directed Training or human-reviewed Coaching.
